Inside Costco Optical Larkridge @Clarity Eye Care: Dr. Gunderson & Landon were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. VERY SATISFIED with my eye exam and new Progressive lens prescription. GREAT PRICE, TOO! Also, Tina in the frame department was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL & WELL-VERSED in what eyeglass frames compliment someone’s facial shape & eye color. She also is VERY FAMILIAR with what eyeglass promotions are worthwhile based on what a customer needs. I got 2 pair of loaded Progressive glasses & an additional pair of Progressive sunglasses for less than I paid 7 years ago for one pair of prescription sunglasses with really good vision insurance at the time!!! COSTCO Optical Larkridge is a complete game-changer for me! **If you ever need adjustments or other repairs see Tina or Phill. They will take GREAT care of you:)

My prescription was unsatisfactory, but this is a review about how that was handled. The clinic within the store rescheduled me for another examination, and asked me to check that the lenses are correct to the prescription. I didn't have the papers on me, so Jennifer looked me up in Costco's system, then physically validated the lenses matched what Costco said the order was. Then she additionally checked with the optometrist that Costco's order matched Clarity Eye Care's prescription (and also corrected my name in _their_ records). Jennifer simply went above and beyond, and making sure every step was correct so that I didn't commit time/money to the wrong correction -- and making sure Costco didn't make a mistake, which they did not. I think my eyesight was just whacky that day: no mistakes were made. But it's the customer service that made me care enough to write a review.

Worst experience ever! Ever since I started wearing progressives, I’ve had nothing but issues with Costco making my glasses. This last time was the last straw as they didn’t even put my progressive in my lenses and I started waking up in the middle of the night with eye pain due to eye strain. They insisted it was in there but 3 people at my eye doctors office including my doctor could not find the progressive in the lenses. The people at Costco also told me that due to my high prescription I needed to have a wire frame. However, my doctors office said they actually recommend plastic frames. So needless to say, I will never go back to Costco again. But if you decide to try them, steer clear of Tommy and Jennifer because they’re incredibly rude.

Both the Superior and Thornton centers did an absolutely terrible job with my husband's exam. These centers take your money and don't know what they are doing. Going back tomorrow for a full refund and if they bill our insurance I'll take them to small claims court. Sticking with a real eye doctor who knows what they are doing. Michelle did the exam, he ordered the new glasses, he cannot see out of them. Same thing happened two years ago at the Superior store. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THOSE UNQUALIFIED!!! This is not Costco standards, rip off artist.

Professional, friendly and quick! It’s at least my fifth pair through Costco and it's always been a great experience from frame selection, lens options to fitting. But when my current semi-rimless frames had a repeated string issue, Tyler took a good look and seeing that I had requested help with these multiple times, not only offered a temporary fix (very good in fact) but also ordered a replacement at no cost. 3 days later I was back and Kaitlyn switched the lenses properly and in record time, I just couldn’t believe it and I still think I didn’t thank her enough. Even if I didn’t need a Costco membership, this member service alone is worth it! ❤️👓
