Have dealt with some reasonable people in this department. Until we dealt with somebody named Eric. Some glasses we bought at Costco melted in the sun and when we came in to get them repaired or replaced we were the recipients of a lecture from Eric about how you can’t leave sunglasses in a car. Thing is that we use them for driving. Is this really the best you can do?

Made an appointment and brought my truck in for a tire rotation. $29.00 because I did not buy the tires here. Now I have a very bad shimmy. I brought the truck to Sam's club ($16) and they said that Costco went crazy putting weights on my tires that didn't need it 😡😡😡👎👎👎 it's the first time I've ever had a problem at Costco but I won't come back here for that.
I had a very disappointing experience at Costco Optical that left me feeling not only frustrated but deeply concerned. I scheduled what I believed was an appointment for both myself and my son. When we arrived, I was told the appointment was only for one person. I explained the misunderstanding and asked if they could still accommodate us, but instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff refused service altogether. When I raised my concerns about how this situation was handled, they escalated things further by refusing any future service. What’s especially troubling is how differently we were treated compared to white customers who were being helped with far more flexibility and courtesy. The entire experience left us feeling unwelcome and dismissed. I expect professionalism and fairness from a business like Costco, and this interaction fell far short. I hope they take a serious look at how they’re treating diverse customers—because no one should walk away from an eye exam feeling disrespected or excluded.
I stopped carrying insurance for glasses because I can get great pricing at Costco. My glasses work better and fit better than my previous glasses when I went through the traditional process. Irene was patient, professional and fun. She gave great suggestions and is a master at what she does. Thank you Irene.
Super fast, way cheaper and better frame selection that anywhere we see found!
