Absolutely awful experience with whatever person running the Register/Front on the morning of the 21st. Could not have been more clear it would NOT be a problem if I couldn't get my contact lenses quickly, I just needed to know that if I placed my order I would receive them quickly and if not it's zero problem I can order them elsewhere. She assures me that if I order to the store, I can pick them up within 2 days, but if I order online it will be at least a week. Well here we are, a week later, and after calling today im told it will be at MINIMUM another three days. Absolutely livid because I needed these as quickly as possible due to protein buildup up on my last pair, and I could've paid very slightly more and had them shipped to me overnight by plenty of other reputable vendors. Absolutely awful awful experience that is more than enough for me to cancel my membership. Not having them isnt the problem, being lied to and told I would receive them in two days followed by every single costco worker then telling me that they will never get here that quickly and it's always a week minimum. Thanks costco, for making my life unfathomable worse after I wasted money here just to still have poor vision while I wait 5x longer than I was originally told.

We took our kids to Dr. Will and we are very pleased with him and his professionalism. Dr. Will was absolutely amazing with our kids. He takes his time explaining everything and works very well with kids. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely bring our kids back to him for all future appointments. Also, we had the joy to work with Becky with ordering glasses. She works well with kids and is very thoughtful. She let our kids play with her putty while they were doing the exam and also gave them coloring books. Dr. Will and Becky are very special and do an amazing job. Thank you for taking great care of our kids.

They canceled my appointment within two hours notice and then was super unhelpful when trying to reschedule my next appointment. They basically told me to call another eye doctor because they were booked up even though they canceled on me within two hours of my appointment.

Rushed Impatient Rude Terrible beside manor Dr showed frustration in my answers during the exam. He spoke in a condescending manor. He was huffing and exhaling “saying we’re not getting anywhere” and it was maybe two minutes into the exam. Hurried through the entire process until he realized he had upset me then treated me like a senile senior. A Costco member for over 30 years I’ve used their eye service many times …not anymore . Definite DON’T RECOMMEND this office.

Yeah, same as other reviews. After the exam I asked to look through lenses set with the prescription. I told the Dr they didn't look good and the distance was distorted. (I specifically asked for distance prescription). The Dr. took an extra 2 minutes to re measure and altered the prescription a very little. I noted this still didn't look right. The Dr. noted it was because of the instrumented glasses used to look through. I compared the prescription with past prescriptions and it is significantly different in a way that would show distorted distance vision. I am not sure why, it appears the prescription is significanly different than past prescriptions and does not correct my distance vision. I will pay for another prescription from another Dr. that has better user ratings at least. :(
