So I went in last week and was met with a rude employee that kept saying she didn't hear me say this or that, when I was being very clear by the end of our transaction she apologized and it was fine. I was just dropping off frames to get the lenses replaced, so I had to come back the following week. When I came in today I was met by a woman with a horrible attitude who was at the counter when I approached and explained I was just there to pick up , she then , in a very rude tone, said well I'm with someone you just going to have to wait. Then walked around the counter and went and sat down with someone else. The other person was just trying on frames .. the worker went and got her a few to try and then just sat there having a conversation with her and someone else who just walked up to chat while I stood by the desk for over 10 mins. Another customer walked up and asked me what was going on I told him how to scan in and that I was already waiting we had a conversation about her rude attitude because he had just asked her about scanning in and she was very rude and talked down to him. After 2 more ppl showed up and I had been chatting with him for another 10 mins the manager showed up , she was very nice and pleasant , got everyone that was waiting in order and have me my glasses that were 3ft away , in under one minute. All in all the manager was great , the workers are absolutely awful and need much better training.

Went for an adjustment to my glasses and I couldn't see correctly. They were unwearable, and started wearing my old glasses. I returned to have a different employee do them, still a bad adjustment and Ashley told me the glasses were perfect and there was something wrong with my eyes and I should go back to my Dr. Worst attitude and treatment I have ever had there. Almost $300 for glasses I can't use.

Quick and easy, chose frames and was able to choose custom pads and lenses with different resistance options, transition lense colors, etc. Les was super knowledgeable and helpful answering all questions. Glasses prices are reasonable but contact lens prices were very competitive. I was able to order 48 pair of lenses for $190, whereas 1-800-Contacts sells a 24-pack for $189.

The bad reviews are legit and, of course, a bit surprising for Costco. This doctor just seemed really lazy and bored. Assistant didn't even bother writing out a coherent and complete prescription. Good thing I had my old one to fill in the blanks. Do youself a favor and go somehwere else.
