I went to this place for my eye prescription and made it strong for my eyes. I didn’t know until I went to another doctor. He said your previous prescription was too strong for your eyes and made very tired easily for your eyes. I suffered 3 years. Please be aware of this doctor. Hopefully nobody experience what I experienced.

Deeply Disappointed in Store Leadership I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Britney, the Assistant Store Manager at this location. Her behavior was unprofessional and completely lacking in empathy. As someone representing store leadership, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and professionalism. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and unsympathetic. Leadership sets the tone for the entire store, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect the values or member-focused standards that Costco is known for. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on how this was handled.

I came for an eyeglass and contact lens exam. The prescription didn’t feel very strong and was lower than my previous one. I went back to the doctor 3 times to get it fixed and kept telling him I couldn’t see but he just excused it as dry eyes. Months later and I have to go to another eye doctor and pay out of pocket for new glasses and contacts because I have been having the worst headaches due to blurry vision. Stay far away from this doctor he has no idea what he’s talking about.

My 82 year old mother was tested and purchased glasses. Wonderful experience, really like the doctor. My 21 yo daughter got tested and purchased glasses and a pair of sunglasses, she wanted larger frames for the sunglasses. She also really liked the doctor. The staff were very personable and helpful. All three pairs were available quickly for pickup and both my mother and daughter were very pleased! I would definitely recommend the eye exam and purchase of eye wear at this EyeWatch Care center! AAA+

Horrible horrible customer service! I called and left a voicemail asking for someone to please return my call regarding my prescription. Of course, never heard from anyone. I then loaded up all 3 of my toddlers and made a trip to the optical center. I was then met with a very rude and condescending receptionist. She seemed so bothered and inconvenienced with my request to have my prescription printed out. I felt very belittled the whole time I was in her presence. I honestly feel sorry for any customer who heaven forbid makes her feel the slightest inconvenience. She must live a very miserable life to feel the need to treat people the way she does. I can’t imagine what her poor husband has to go through living with her.. That is if he is stupid enough to still stay married to her. I will go out of my way to avoid that place!
