Was highly impressed with the quality of service I received from Dr. Flores's office. My eye exam was very thorough and the doctor found small adjustments that could be made to my prescription to improve my vision. They were able to check for glaucoma without requiring dilation and the whole exam was over in roughly 30 minutes. For a price of $119 I can't imagine a better experience elsewhere. Would happily be a repeat patient here.

The eye doctor was excessively talkative, to the point of draining my energy. His behavior felt unprofessional, making the appointment more exhausting than necessary. I expected a more focused and efficient experience.

I hate to leave a negative review but sadly this was the worst experience I've ever had while waiting to fill my contact prescription. The blaring music from the Hisense display was slightly unpleasant but the freezing cold blasting in through the doors was intolerable. My heart goes out to the optical associates forced to work in these frozen conditions. They were bundled up in their winter garb with their teeth chattering while pleasantly helping the customers. Such a shame!

I had a good experience here, I was a walk in and they did my eye exam right away without waiting. The front staff are very nice and attentive. Dr Flores is also very friendly and helpful. Only feedback would be, and I don’t mean this in a negative way at all, if the Dr would explain things slowly. There was not one single pause during the whole appointment, I needed to ask a few questions in between and I didn’t want to cut him off but there was never a chance because he never made a pause. When I finally could, he over explained a yes or no answer or wasn’t very clear. I am not dissatisfied with the service, he was really nice but it was just an observation.

Dr Flores was absolutely amazing! Yes he talks fast, but he is incredibly knowledgeable and even corrected my lens prescription that I had for the past five years! I’m so glad I came to see him otherwise I’d still be wearing the wrong lens. He even showed me the pictures of back of my eyes - which no other doctor has taken the time to explain. I was not rushed in any way even though there were patients waiting. I felt like a valued patient and will go out of my way to come this location. The front desk receptionist is really kind as well. Highly recommended.
