Costco Optical

I love costco and I love costco optical! Christian was the bomb! I could tell he is extremely knowledgeable and made me experience quick and easy!

Costco Vision Center is amazing! They treated my mother with so much respect and like a valued member. They answered all my mother's questions patiently as my mother had lots of questions. My mother was astonished that she could get 2 pairs of glasses at Costco Vision Center for the price of 1 set at her usual optometrist's office. There was an issue with one of the pairs and it was sent back immediatley for adjustment. Sadly, my mother passed away before we could pick up the 2nd pair. What I found unbelievable was that when I informed them of my mother's passing, they refunded the whole purchase and said we could keep the glasses. We buried her in the set she had as she loved them dearly. We donated the 2nd pair. Thank you Costco Vision Center for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Costco Vision Center!

My husband and I are new to Iowa and needed an eye exam and new glaases. I had to have my exam at a local Optometry office where I received a quote for my two pair of glasses Everydayglasses and computer glasses), the quote was $995.00. My husband had his exam at Costco in West Des Moines and really liked the Optometrist, very knowledgeable and explained everything. The best part of our experience was with Troy Gatzionis our Optician. He help me choose my frames (I cannot see what they look like on, with my glasses off) measured everything and was Wonderful to talk with. My husband worked with Troy also and received the same Awesome service. My husband got two pair of glasses (Everyday and prescription sun glasses). Our goal cost at cistco was $445 for all four with our insurance coverage. Amazing !!!! Troy, your the Best!!!!!

Troy was awesome. My mom had a lost screw and needed her glasses fixed. He helped right away and made a new friend :)

Very helpful staff. Nice selection of frames and lenses.
