One Hour Optical

My experience was fantastic! I was extremely pleased with the service and selection. Turn around time was quick without losing quality. Romey greeted me upon arrival, with a friendly and calm demeanor. She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me why previous glasses most likely didn’t work for me. She earned my trust and respect and I am very grateful for her and the my progressive glasses. I highly recommend giving her and the opportunity and One Hour Optical the opportunity to earn your business. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience at One Hour Optical I’m from Atlanta, Georgia, and currently visiting the city of Des Moines. During my stay, I decided to get a new pair of prescription glasses at One Hour Optical, and I’m very pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, respectful, and highly professional. They took the time to listen to my needs, explain every step of the process, and help me choose the most suitable lenses. The optical store offers a wide variety of high-quality frames with modern styles and very competitive prices. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they completed my order and by their dedication to customer satisfaction. It’s clear that they truly care about providing a positive and personalized experience for every client. I highly recommend One Hour Optical to anyone looking for trustworthy, efficient, and top-quality eye care. An excellent option not only for those living in Des Moines but also for visitors like me. 👓✨

Today I had my first visit with Dr. Vander Wilt, she is very thorough! I have found my new optometrist!!! I couldn’t be happier with the entire exam experience! After my exam, I worked the optician, store manager Penny. Penny does not disappoint! I am always pleased with the outstanding care she provides! She helps me find designer frames that suite my facial structure and compliment my features. I am very satisfied with my visit today! I’ll be back for my prescription sunglasses as well! Happy Friday!

Romey was fantastic! Energetic and fun! She helped me understand the process and made sure my glasses fit perfectly before I left! She was very helpful, I will definitely be back to see her!

It was a lovely and wonderful experience. The ladies there were wonderful. Everything was done with an loving and professional manner. I wish to have alot more experiences at plenty places and with plenty people like the one I received at One Hour Optical on 4100 university ave suite #106 in West Des moines. Except for the tall young skinny girl with glasses and the chubby guy with glasses, they energy is too far off , off-setting. Not welcoming at all, what so ever.
