I appreciated all the different styles at this location. They were also having a spring special which made their already competitive prices very attractive. We came in to try some frames, got some measurements in, and bought online. Everyone on staff was very helpful.
I Would highly recommend Warby Parker when you are looking for your next pair of eye glasses. Jenny our consultant was awesome to work with!! She answered all out questions and help save us money by buying multiple pairs for me and my wife at the same time. She also made filing for insurance simple and quick. Run don't walk to Warby Parker for your next pair of glasses. You won't regret it.
I had some issues with a prescription from another place. Stopped in an their optometrist took a lot of time to speak with me about options/solutions. Long story, but I eventually booked an appt with WP’s optometrist. And I was able to try and return glasses two different times before my third pair finally felt right. Their return policy is amazing, which is important for such a specialized product.
Great experience! The young lady that helped me was so great. (I can’t remember her name. Younger, blonde, cool hexagon gold frames) She was kind, patient and helped me find what looked good for me. Made the experience so easy and enjoyable!
This was my first in store experience with WP - I've ordered several pairs from them online over the years. My insurance coverage paid for my exam with the doctor onsite. He was friendly and professional and able to explain about the exam. After the exam, I worked with one of the providers to order a pair of glasses - even was able to purchase a brand new design. I'm looking forward to receiving my new glasses in about two weeks.
