Should probably have a big ass sign up somewhere that you require paper prescriptions. Which is ridiculous. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day with this complete and utter BS! The real kicker though... I got the prescription from an optometrist... AT COSTCO! Really? It's 2026, you're a company worth half a trillion dollars... and y'all can't manage and share digital records? Really!?!?

This review is based on the quality of glasses I've. Purchase glasses for a while an for some reason especially frame is horrible quality they don't last theres always something breaks or scratches this costco department is scam you Asked them to fix it an they won't do it i pay so much money for a frame on top of other fees they add really not worth it outrageous price The doctor always rushes thru exam Going to 4 eyes instead great quality frame

Honestly just a sad establishment. You will pay more than you were told. You won’t get the service you paid for. The staff is unreasonable with pretty much everything. Just sad, do better.

I came to look at glasses earlier in the year and received 0 help from the old Bitty's at the desk. They let me buy glasses/sunglasses in very different frame sizes after me asking them for help. 0/10 not worth it, now I'm buying glasses from elsewhere because the old bittys let me buy frames too small and they were giving me terrible migraines. I went where they actually helped me. Save your money
