Absolutely disgusting behavior. The doctor acted like she didn’t want to be at the clinic at all. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending, and she wouldn’t answer any of the questions we had. What was most concerning was that she asked my mom to put on a pair of dirty trial glasses during the exam. When my mom politely asked if they could be wiped down first, the doctor responded that “this is not how we do things here.” That response was unacceptable, especially when it comes to cleanliness and patient care. This is the second negative experience we’ve had with this same optometrist, even a year apart. Costco should seriously look into her behavior and how she treats patients. We won’t be returning to this provider.

My mother took my grandmother to see the optomologist today, got there at 11:10 for an 11:00 appointment. Was told to fill out a form and when she brought the form up to the reception person at 11:16, she was told that the doctor said she couldn’t see my grandmother today because she was 15 minutes late. Mind you, the 11:30 appointment person wasn’t even there yet and my mom and grandmother got there at 11:10. My grandmother is 86 years old and it’s very difficult for her to get out of the house, especially when it’s cold outside like it was today. This didn’t matter to the doctor however, who has no sense of humanity and clearly doesn’t care about her patients. Disgusting way to treat the elderly. We won’t be coming back. I want to make it clear, even the receptionist was apparently taken aback by the doctor turning my grandmother away.

Dr. Kochno and staff were kind, patient and attentive to the needs of my 89-year-old mom. Daniel helped my mom pick frames and was amazing. Such a great experience that I'll be using them for myself in the future. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kochno was very inconsiderate of my moms language barrier and would not allow her to call me or my sister to translate important information. My mom left her appointment very confused. Do better

Glasses cheaper than optometrist; bigger selection of glasses; no pushy salesperson... Costco for the win!
