Zoa spoof. I have been with Costco since its inception from family owned businesses in California 1983. I am noticing respected brands being infringed. It used to be I could live and work off of Costco and now plastics and spoofs are becoming the norm. One example. Zoa energy drinks. First they have them in inventory at that exact store and you arrive to find Kirkland. Almost bait and switch. I purchased this drink 1 day ago for reference.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize two Costco managers, Brandon and Joe, for how they handled a very frustrating situation involving my elderly father’s TV. My father purchased a Hisense TV from Costco about eight months ago. After only six months, the TV completely stopped working. I helped him take it back to Costco, where we were told that because it was under the manufacturer’s warranty, we needed to work directly with Hisense. Unfortunately, that process turned into a nightmare. After about two weeks of back and forth, Hisense finally sent a technician to my father’s home. The technician was unable to repair the TV, so Hisense agreed to issue a refund. They requested the original receipt, which my father no longer had. He went back to Costco, and they gladly printed a copy for him. However, when we submitted it to Hisense, they claimed the taxes on the receipt did not match their records and refused to move forward with the refund. That’s when I went back to Costco and spoke with Brandon, one of the managers. Brandon was extremely apologetic, listened to everything we had been dealing with, and immediately started working to help us. He was able to get us the corrected receipt Hisense required. We submitted it, thinking the problem was finally resolved—only to have Hisense essentially stop communicating with us for another two weeks. During that entire time, Brandon stayed in contact with us and continued trying to push things through from Costco’s side. Eventually, after weeks of frustration and getting nowhere with Hisense, our patience was gone. Brandon stepped up and told us Costco would take care of it and refund the TV. When we brought the TV back this past week, Brandon even had his boss, Joe, the General Manager, there to personally greet us. Both gentlemen were incredibly apologetic about what my father had gone through. More importantly, they treated my father with patience, kindness, and respect. The entire situation took a couple of months and was incredibly frustrating, but the way Brandon and Joe handled it at the end completely changed how I felt about the experience. They didn’t make excuses. They took ownership of the situation, listened to us, and made my father feel like he actually mattered as a customer. Anyone can provide good customer service when everything goes right. Great customer service is how you respond when things go wrong. Brandon and Joe demonstrated exactly why my family continues to shop at Costco. They took a terrible experience and turned it into a reminder of why we trust Costco and why we will continue to be loyal customers. Thank you, Brandon and Joe, for taking care of my father and treating him with the respect he deserved. This is why I love Costco.

Costco continues to be one of my favorite places to shop. The store is clean, well organized, and the value is hard to beat. Whether I'm picking up groceries, household items, or just browsing for something unexpected, I always find quality products at fair prices. The staff is friendly, checkout moves efficiently, and the membership easily pays for itself. Costco does a great job balancing selection, quality, and value. Every trip feels worthwhile. Highly recommended!

Unpleasant time at the checkout today. Chaotic checkout lanes, customers unsure where they are supposed to line up. Instead of guiding people thru the checkout, the lady was focused on trying to get me to sign up for an executive membership. I AM JUST TRYING TO CHECK OUT, I DONT WANT A SALES PITCH. $30 to upgrade my membership? That's 6 rotisserie chickens your trying to get me to decide on in a moment? Very scummy behavior. Disappointed in you costco.

As a 23 year Costco member, we had not tried the optical department. Why did we wait? Goodness - the frame selection was great, and prices were 1/3 of our former provider. Dedra the sales person was exceptional. We love the frames and service we received. Thank you - we will be back!
