Everyone working in this eye department is amazing! Nick was super nice and very helpful. Dr. Del Faco didn’t shy away from a single question I had and was very informative about everything. The customer service was top tier and everyone was so kind! We also went over my scans together which I appreciated and he explained to me what I was looking at.

Dr Sikri is the best eye doctor that I have ever had. I have no complaints with the doctors at this location. My issue is with the people who help you purchase your glasses. They always take forever, expect to wait at least 30 minutes before they can help you. There are a few employees who are friendly, but also a few with a lot of attitude. If I already bought something and am here to literally just pick it up...they make you wait until they serve everyone that is still browsing first has finished instead of letting you just pickup what you already ordered. Literally just here to pickup and I told them that. My recommendation would be to get your vision exam at this location, but go somewhere else for your glasses if you actually want to be waited on in a reasonable amount of time.
After a not to satisfied experience with my eye Dr of many years I decided to change and try Costco. Needless to say I was pleasantly satisfied. The eye doctor was pleasant and corrected a prescription I’ve had issues with for a few years. I also purchased frames (designer) at a cost of less than half of what I have been paying. The prescription was filled in a new frame as well as a previous Costco frame. Both were perfect and better than I’ve had for years. A new optometrist and a new store.
I had a great experience last week for my first eye exam since COVID. The optometrist and her staff were very professional and efficient. Cachet (I hope this spelling is right) in the optical department was very personable and conscienctious in helping me select and order my new glasses.
