Reviewing only the eye exam with Dr. Clark. Went very well at a fair price. Yet to see what BCBS might cover, but even if it turns into cash-pay the price is more than fair. The exam was quick and I can imagine where some might feel rushed, but I had no significant questions [glasses-wearer for 60+ years] and Dr. Clark responded completely to the questions I had. His assistant is little soft-spoken, so the leadup stuff that she did [puff test, in-eye imaging] took a couple repeats, but I'm a 64-year-old concert goer, so that's not on anyone but me. Highly recommended!

Went in and ended up with an inaccurate prescription. It got flagged as weird when I tried to order glasses and I came back to so about it. They brushed me off and assured me it was accurate. I ordered glasses and when they arrived the prescription was obviously wrong. I got dizzy putting them on. I came back twice to talk about it and they weren't open during posted hours. Then finally got in while someone was there and they told me they wouldn't retest me because it had taken me a few months to order glasses with the prescription. The only honor their work for 60 days. My prescription hadn't changed in over 10 years and I even asked him before leaving the original appointment if he was sure it had changed. Never again and would t recommend going here to anyone.

There are two parts to this: the independent optometrist and the optical shop. Dr. Stensos was my optometrist and did an excellent job. He was quick and efficient, but also friendly and nice to talk to. I paid cash for the exam which came to $120 for the exam + $40 for the optomap. My optician also did a lovely job. She helped me sort through a bunch of frames and get over my indecision. I came away have selected 2 lovely frames for my glasses and backup glasses as well as a frame for my sunglasses. It was overall a pleasant and quick experience, and I highly recommend anyone to at least bring their existing prescription and shop the glasses, Costco's prices are unbeatable!

Woman with maybe a grey/blonde color hair working Sunday 5/31 was rude, passive aggressive, and ableist. 0 stars if that was an option. Beyond her words and actions, she wouldn’t even acknowledge or speak to me until I addressed her a 2nd time after she skipped me, despite having had checked in with the QR code. Missed out on a sale of glasses and sunglasses frames with every lense upgrade possible and probably would’ve ordered my year supply of daily astigmatism + blue light & uv light blocking contacts through them while I was there (Costco can do the math on the thousands they missed out on since there’s only one lense in existence that fits that description) but I’ll steer very clear of all Costco opticals going forward and even left my regular purchase behind as I’ll go to another location going forward if I decide not to cancel my membership since she wanted to be funny and mark me as a no show after skipping me then being rude and ableist.

Dr. Clark is great! Took the time to show and explain to me the issues I am having with my eyes. Thorough and up to date technology. I also enjoyed his sense of humor and kindness. Costco staff are helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a busy store and they definitely have to multitask to keep up. I felt like I was completely focused on when it was my turn. Just had to wait a bit before I was helped.
