Dr. Legg is knowledgeable and provides excellent eye care for our whole family. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Rachel and Becca were fabulously helpful with ordering new lenses and making adjustments to my frames. The quality of care, atmosphere, and staff make this one of my favorite eye clinics in Minneapolis.
I absolutely love going to the eye doctor because of the staff at Uptown Vision. I travel pretty far out of my way to get to go here! The doctor is caring and thorough, which is great. Becca and Rachael are the best at helping you pick out the best glasses for your face. I bring the whole family here and we have a blast every time. If you're looking for quality and personalized care, this is the place to go.
I've been a customer here for years. I've always paid extra and value my vision. I've overpaid for their expensive frames and contacts because I wanted to support a small business. Instead they treat someone that's gone there for years like trash. All I wanted was some cheaper contacts because I'm poor right now and they treated me like garbage. Some lady calls me and gaslights me that they don't have high pressure tactics to sells frames. Another person just assumes what contacts I want and writes a prescription without even asking me which ones I want. Well you can take your bad tan and clothes that look like ed hardy threw up and keep it. I got a recommendation from someone else. Good luck.
Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff during every step of the process. The office staff was efficient and welcoming. The vision tech was so kind and quick. Dr. Legg was very thorough and did a great job explaining the results of my exam in an accessible way. As someone who is generally anxious with doctors, could not recommend Uptown Vision more.
Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Legg are wonderfully professional and competent in what they do. Dr. Legg takes the time with you to make you feel you are getting a thorough exam and addressing any questions or concerns. They have a great collection of designer eye wear as well. The best at what they do!
