Going here is like being part of a Portlandia skit. It’s all style and no substance. Employees don’t seem to communicate with each other, so you’ll get one answer from someone and then another will tell you that it’s wrong. They’ll look at you like you’re the crazy one and talk to you like they’re annoyed by you inconveniencing them by stopping in. They also still require appointments for everything which is honestly absurd to me for a place that I’ve never seen have more than 3 customers at a time. They broke a pair of glasses while replacing the lenses and blamed it on them being “old” (they were 2 years old and from this store) and have made every single subsequent situation so much more bizarre than it needs to be. Maybe cool it with how much time is spent curating the store, packaging roses, and making cookies, and actually train your staff in customer service and communicating with each other. For the cost of what you’re selling, they should at least be professional with customers.
