Worst experience ever with a counter representative. I didn’t know people could be that rude to members….just wow. I’m not going to name names but what an experience. They even yelled at my son who has a disability. If you have kids don’t come here apparently they prefer no kids because of “how expensive their equipment is” i.e chairs and doors that according to the representative were not to be touched by my sons dirty hands. I warned him about putting them down but the receptionist even suggested I leave them outside and unattended in a shopping cart. I mean who in their right mind would suggest a mother leave their littles unattended. Only to find out that the representative had nothing to do with what was going on which was me picking up the contacts they ordered! Then they tell me not to come back because of how disruptive my kids were, I mean their not angels but neither they or I deserved to be yelled at by their receptionist. He just made it such an uncomfortable situation because Dr. Kessler was so great when they wanted my and my insurances money. They even called me actively to reschedule a visit that I couldn’t originally make because my kids had the stomach bug. Do not bring kids here If you value an office that handles themselves and their clients with respect and integrity another office is recommended. I’d rather wait months on a waiting list than use them ever again! We won’t speak about the optical clerk that couldn’t find my contacts only to be found by the rude receptionist and shoved at me. Just wow! Do better
