I had an eye that was burning and badly watering. I did not have an appointment, but they got me in very quickly, for which I was extremely grateful. Soon the doctor came in and within a few minutes had diagnosed a scratched and irritated eye. She was fast, friendly and professional with a great sense of humor. What a great staff and clinic. Friendly, accessible, helpful. Got me in quick for a contact fitting for my wedding. Was able to warranty my scratched lenses TWICE on the same pair of glasses for FREE. Took a matter of 3 buisness days to get new lenses each time. Professional, knowledgeable and kind to those new to contacts.
They over book so many appointments that it may take up to 4 hours to see the doctor. I took a friend to her appointment at 12:30. The staff were helpful and friendly and she saw the Lab Tech right away. However, the doctor was so busy with so many patients, my friend wasn't seen for 3½ hours. Would've been longer but her oxygen was low and the Dr. saw her 3:40pm. We finally left after 4pm. I've taken my elderly friend here about 5 times now and every time it took 3 to 4 hours to complete the appointment. Stop over booking!!!
Dr Berbos is a very thorough caring Dr. that shows he really cares about his patients and their eyes. He makes you feel heard and understood. He has a great personality and definitely goes the extra mile. I am grateful I was referred to him for the issues caused by another surgeon as I feel his expertise will be able to fix the issue thankfully!
Visiting the area from out of town and had an emergency eye issue. Got a referral from the local ER and was seen the next day. Very comprehensive check up, which fortunately amounted to something minor and temporary. Very professional staff and doctors.
