Dr. Mauro is extremely thorough, so smart, and incredibly kind. I have been to several optometrists in the past few years for dry eyes and uncomfortable contacts and she took her time to help me find the right ones. The best optometrist!!

He truly went above and beyond; proactively checking different glasses frame color options and patiently explaining all available choices (non-prescription section, who knew) on my last day of using insurance. What stood out most was his genuine attentiveness. He acknowledged everyone who entered the service area and made them feel welcome. Service like this deserves recognition, which is why I wanted to share my experience. If you need optical services in the future, ask for Breno and look no further.

The doctor is very personable and precise. One receptionist was good. Some need to speak English better.

Dr. Mauro, your kindness and professionalism are greatly appreciated. She made extraordinary efforts to work around my schedule, even though I work roughly 65 hours each week. If you need an eye doctor who is both concerned and diligent, I wholeheartedly recommend her. The environment was pristine and clean, and the customer service was genuine from both the receptionist and Dr. In terms of prices, they are the lowest I have seen in a very long time, and it is so very kind of her to be able to provide the 2 year expiration. Last year, I spent twice as much elsewhere on just my contact prescription that lasted only one year. I definitely have found my new eye doctor, thank you for this pleasant experience.

I had a terrific experience yesterday at Costco Vision Center in the Durham, NC, Costco. My all -time favorite glasses frames broke and they were no longer available at Costco. They told me that if I could find the frames online somewhere, they would pop my old lenses into the new frames. I was able to secure the frames from an online source, but they were not in the greatest shape. The optician at Costco shored up the frames and also popped my old lenses into them. Fabulous customer service especially considering they did not make a sale in this case!
