Costco Optical

This Costco is so much more efficient than the Union one. So always the go to on 22. They have a pretty nice selection of plants outside with an extensive rotation of summer seasonal items.

I had a flat tire on RT 78, I called Costco and they told me to bring it in and they will see if they can help. Service was quick, Louis understood my urgency, he spoke to the back crew and they were able to help. I needed my car and couldn’t wait until the next day. Thank you plainfield Costco. You make a difference! Also you are the only shop open after 6pm.

This is one of the best Costcos I have visited in a long. The flow of traffic even though it's crowded is great. The staff is very helpful. The only thing that was not in my favore was the cold produce section could be improved and they have not had any ice cream in the food court any of the 3 times I've come during the summer

We moved to Piscataway about a year and a half ago, and this has become our go-to Costco location ever since. Compared to other Costco warehouses, this one feels less crowded, so shopping is generally quicker and more relaxed. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Items are usually well-stocked, and the layout makes it convenient to find what you need without spending too much time searching. The staff has also been friendly and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Checkout lines move efficiently, even during busier times, which is a huge plus. Overall, it’s been a consistently pleasant shopping experience, and we’re glad to have such a convenient and well-maintained Costco nearby.

If you want the drivers to wait inside while being unloaded, you need to provide a chair for them to sit in. Also, it is not the carrier or "dispatcher's" responsibility to adjust/fix delivery times. You know there is an issue, you need to have it properly fixed. Work through your chain of command.
