Costco Optical

Dr Chavez is fabulous. She is efficient and knowledgeable. Moreover, she remembers details from two years previous. I trust her. PS the optical dept is not reflective of the optometrist. They are separate entities. Take care to note the difference. The complaints I see here are about the optical dept and not Dr Chavez

Extremely helpful! Went above and beyond to help me get contacts when I ran out and was out of my home area. Good job!

They are way under staffed. Don’t know whose fault it is but terrible wait over the phone and in person just to drop of the prescription from around the corner. The understaffing rightly overwhelms the workers so then by the time you get them they are all flustered. Really disappointed. Also, be warned, that because the obstetrician is completely separate, even if you go to the Costco one, you have to physically bring your paper prescription over to the Costco optical counter.

Curtis is the most knowledgeable optician at Costco. Curtis was polite, friendly, efficient, and personable in helping us choose eyeglasses+contacts that fit our vision needs. The Costco Optical department also carry a wide range of contact lenses, brand-name designer frames+sunglasses and offers the latest technology in high-definition lenses.

I’ve called and left messages. No one ever calls back. I went during the week and they were closed. I called Sam’s and they immediately got me in. Glad I didn’t pay for this type of service!
