Woman working the eye glasses desk was rude and ignored me. When I could get her attention, her responses were short and she seemed annoyed that she had to help me. When I showed my insurance card, she asked what eye insurance I had because she couldn’t look it up. It was a weekend so I couldn’t call my insurance, ended up being a waste of an hour drive for me.

I showed my insurance card if they take it. The Front-desk lady told me to call my insurance provider and ask them for the list of providers in the area. She was non cooperative and pushed away a customer to continue her chatting with coworker.
