The doctor is fine if you don’t have a problem but the follow up is terrible. Front desk / secretaries are rude. I even offered to pay them extra. They said no. And then they wouldn’t let me speak with the doctor. I waited half an hour to try to catch the doctor and she walked right by me. I will never go there again. I recommend you use a different Costco optician. I have had good experiences at every other Costco optician I have been to. Never been treated like this before.

Rude staff. Doctor was fine until I lost a contact, and then was ridiculous. She refused to give another, wouldn’t even take money. Completely ignored me. No wonder they only have 2 stars. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Horrible. Gave me a botched prescription I can’t use for anything other than throwing it in the trash. Was really annoyed she had to repeat the test multiple times.

I would never recommend getting an appointment with Dr. De La Texera. She’s extremely rude and has no respect for patients.

I give it 1 out of 5 stars. I went to the office twice and received poor service from two nurses. They are unfriendly and impatient, and they don't even make eye contact. I would recommend replacing the receptionist (or nurse). I am not satisfied with their service. I scheduled a second appointment for an eye exam, but they gave me a slip of paper without even seeing the doctor. I live in Isabela and came all the way here for nothing. I didn't like their service.
