Last year I received a red carpet orientation by the manager and previously by two ladies. I was satisfied to the extreme I bought 2 pair of eye glasses and a pair of insert for my shooting sunglasses. But last week I went and I was Ignored. Today it was a combination of treating me like a kid alone buying his first pair of glasses even thought I told them I was a returning customer. Sales rep. should learn to listen carefully to customers, not act with disperation trying to make a sales with other merchandise. Definitely I wont come back with that athmosfere like today afternoon. I lost my time and interest regardless the offers and convenience to use the Star Card, etc. PX management should pay attention to contractors and whats the level of customer service is required to work at PX and their stores within.
