Costco Optical

Ordered glasses. Was told they arrive on Friday and they’d call me. The following Wednesday I call them and they have been sitting in the drawer for days. No calls no notification. Then my phone indicates someone is servicing my request and no one has called my name. The staff are rude and disrespectful. Still no response waiting If you can avoid being served by “Tiffany.” Do it. While I’m being served she told me she was too busy to help me with my lenses even after she called my number after waiting for 35 mins. Incredibly rude and disrespectful

Keisha was wonderful in helping with frame selections for my Mom and then with adjusting the glasses to her when we received them. She gave my Mom all the time and assistance she needed and answered all questions accurately and courteously. Glasses were delivered to the store within 5 business days, and the progressive lens were made perfectly the first time. Prescription accuracy was verified by her doctor. Cost could not be beat for two pairs of glasses! It was so nice to not have to pay up-charges for special lens coatings! They were already included in Costco’s pricing and excellent value! Thank you!

Honestly, was nervous about trying to get my contacts here due to the rating (2.6 stars at the time of writing this and many negative reviews). However, I gave it a shot due to the price. It was absolutely a breeze. I went in with the script, had to wait about 10 minutes, ordered my contacts and I was out the door. Contacts showed up a week later direct to my home. Employees were fantastic and very courteous. Highly recommend. Give it a shot.

Elsa is absolutely amazing! My optometrist made a mistake on prescription and was blaming Costco optical for error. Elsa took the time to figure out what was wrong and discovered it was prescription. Went back to MD and she fixed the prescription. Elsa had glasses fixed at no extra charge to me. New loyal customer here. Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and a lot cheaper.

I ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses from Costco. The first pair was delivered in a couple of days and it was as expected. Today I went to pick up the second pair and as soon I saw it, I told the associate that it was not the frame I ordered. I was even ready to take it to avoid the hassle of going through the process all over again. But, when I tried it on the prescription was noticeably different. But they kept saying it was the right one. How can I read with one, not with the other? After not getting any meaningful response I requested a refund saying sorry to which the person replied "It doesn't affect me. I got to go home ". But it affected me, I felt absurd with my expectations from Costco. If you decide to get glasses from here please take a picture of it when you order. It will save time later if something like this happens. We live and learn.
