Costco Optical

This Costco is amazing. Always fast always packed. Currently there is a 98" tv for around $1500.00. I purchased a plastic garage shelf identical to one I have for $39.00 I will go back for 2 more. Everything now seems to be on sale. I skipped the drink and hot dog deal but for $1.50 cmon cant beat it. Always clean Always a deal and a GAS STATION attached to the store!!! Ooo yaaaa....new water filter $33 w pare filter, cleaning in g supplies and food to host mothers day.....cant beat this place! Needless to say....these shelves are BEASTS

I really hate this place!! I’ve never encountered staff this rude at any other Costco. The optical department employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. I bought two pairs of glasses, and when I ordered them I specifically asked if they would come with their original cases, and they told me yes. But when I picked them up, the glasses came without them. When I asked about it, that’s when they started being very rude, saying they had other customers to help and even making fun of the situation. They even threatened me by saying that if I returned them, I would no longer be allowed to shop there! So apparently your only option is to accept the glasses however they decide to give them to you. I really hate this Costco. Never come to the optical department here.

Got a ring here for engagement. The manager was patient when I took so much time of his to choose a ring for my love. They also have plenty of wheelchair carts, which I need a whole lot when go into wholesale clubs like this. Unlike Sam’s club employee here are very friendly in assistive. They also feature never increase food court items that I must have whenever we’re going to Costco. My kids love this place so much that they want to come here like as it going into a mall to shop especially in Halloween and Christmas season If you are Asian, you can find special seasonal Asian items here as well

Helpful staff. Clean and got some grass fed meat and other clean healthier food to eat. I love this Costco location at Coit Road and Highway 75! One of the best things about it is the gas station—it has 24 pumps, which helps keep the line moving even during busy hours. The warehouse itself is well-equipped and includes an optometry center where you can get eye exams, glasses, and prescriptions all in one stop. There’s a hotel nearby, and it's in a very convenient area with easy access from the highway. Right across the street is an apartment complex—lucky residents! It must be nice to be able to just walk over and shop. Parking has never been an issue for me here. Even on busy weekends, I’ve always been able to find a spot without any trouble. This is definitely one of my favorite Costco locations in the area.

Costco is hands down one of my favorite spots for just about everything. Beyond the unbeatable deals and bulk selection, what really stands out is the value they place on their staff and the overall experience they create. The employees here are consistently helpful and efficient, even when the place is packed with shoppers. You can tell they value their people, which reflects in the great customer service you get every time. The ambience is surprisingly pleasant for a warehouse store--clean, organized, and surprisingly easy to navigate despite the size. They keep the lines moving, and there's a real sense of order even during the busy weekends. Plus, who doesn't love a quick stop at the food court for a $1.50 hot dog and soda? For a place that's always buzzing with activity, they've managed to create a calm, friendly environment that makes every visit a smooth experience. Absolutely a five-star spot!
