I recently visited Costco Wholesale and honestly had one of the best shopping experiences! This Costco location is extremely clean, spacious, and so well organized. Everything was easy to find, and the shelves were fully stocked with a huge variety of products. Whether you are shopping for groceries, household essentials, electronics, snacks, or fresh produce, this location truly has it all. One thing I absolutely loved was the amazing deals they had during my visit. The famous Dubai chocolate was on sale, and it was such a treat to finally try it! Rich, creamy, and incredibly delicious — definitely worth grabbing while it lasts. They also had fresh strawberries and sweet corn on sale, and the quality was amazing. The strawberries were fresh, juicy, and perfectly sweet, while the corn looked incredibly fresh and tasted delicious. Costco always has great prices, but finding high-quality produce and specialty items on sale makes the shopping experience even better. The customer service here was also outstanding. Every employee I encountered was friendly, patient, and willing to help. Even though the store was busy, the lines moved quickly, and the checkout process was smooth and efficient. The food court was another highlight — affordable, tasty, and the perfect ending to a shopping trip. I really appreciate how this Costco location maintains such a clean and welcoming environment. Shopping here feels stress-free and enjoyable compared to many crowded stores. If you live in Kyle or nearby areas, I highly recommend visiting this Costco. Great prices, quality products, amazing deals, and excellent customer service make this one of the best Costco locations in Texas!

Costco is hard to beat when it comes to prices, quality, and friendly employees. The staff has always been great, but finding someone to help locate an item can be nearly impossible. Even when you do, the employees often mention how frequently products get moved around, which makes it just as frustrating for them as it is for customers. The self-checkout could also use some improvements. It never seems clear which items should go in the bagging area and which should stay in the cart, so you end up waiting for an employee to clear the warning messages. That takes away from the whole point of having a “quick” self-checkout. Overall, Costco is still a great place to shop, but improving product organization and streamlining self-checkout would make the experience even better.

Great experience in the food court today the mozzarella cheese pizza is always amazing and I got a lot of good specialty items for floaties in the pool and the typical rotisserie chicken.

As I walked through the parking lot it occurred to me that I should check the expiration date on the 2 x 500 count bottles of Ibuprofen I had just purchased. Imagine my surprise when I learned the expiration date was only 3 months away (05/2026) I turned around, went back into the store and waited patiently for a manager to be found. Eventually a manager arrived and I informed him of the issue. He apologized and thanked me for bringing this to his attention. He said this was not “the Costco way” and that he would take care of this immediately. Problem solved. I returned my purchase and went home. I returned today to find that nothing had been done. The product was still on the shelf; available to customers. Apparently he was wrong. Offering Costco customers 1000 ibuprofens that will expire in 3 months is indeed “the Costco way.”

I went to renew my membership and the associate was extremely helpful and friendly. The store is very organized and clean. The casher was friendly. Even in the parking lot, the outside associate called out to pickup the electric scooter. This is a very attentive and friendly store.🙂
