Cashier needs more training. Leadership needs more situational awareness. Didn’t scan all our items so we look like thieve when departing facilities.

***GREAT COSTCO TEAM!!!***The entire staff is fantastic. Mario in Customer Service always greets me with a memorable smile. He made my renewal to Executive Membership prompt and efficient. Special shout out to Laura B, Corey R, and, especially, Creshelle S, Manager, in Optical. They always make my visits great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and provide the best customer service. Creshelle always treats me as if I’m her only customer. She is always available to make adjustments to my glasses as needed. This location has a great variety of glasses at reasonable prices. A great manager makes a great team. We’ve had the membership for the first time since last year and ive got to say we never regretted it since, to be begin with our favorite thing being the food court which has really cheap yet good food and deserts. The free samples are also great as you can try items before buying them, we don’t use the gasoline as much but still also nice, if you have a big family and buy in bulk it’s even more worth it but even for me and my spouse it’s great, we don’t buy many things in bulk but what we do is worth it! The employees are also really helpful and nice, the only drawback I can think about is how packed it seems all locations are just about always, but given how popular it is thats a given

I used be a hater of Costco for being a membership only company but after finally joining I can’t believe I didn’t before lol I see the value, and I see why they charge what they charge. It actually does pays itself with how much saving you get specially on medicine and everyday essentials. Even found some insane prices for pre built PCs. Always have deals and most are impossible to pass on. As for this location, it’s rather big even by Costco standards and most of the staff it’s kind. Store is clean and well stocked. 0 complaints.

The Costco West Valley pharmacist went above and beyond when we left California for a road trip and forgot my son‘s inhaler. We accidentally requested a refill to the Bountiful location not realizing it was 30 minutes from our hotel. The West Valley pharmacist was so helpful in coordinating with the Bountiful location to get it transferred over and had the prescription ready for pick up in 15 minutes! We were so grateful! Unbelievable customer service! 5+ stars!
