Ladies on the phone were super friendly! They got all my information easily. I really like that they let me know exact pricing when I asked. They also looked up my insurance easily, and got that information going too. I felt taken care of and that they were focused on being customer first which I really enjoy. Excited for my exam
I have been wearing glasses for 40 years so based on that history I feel like their staff is rather ignorant of what they are selling!!! They need better educated optical staff and more staff to help customers. Yes, the prices are good, but you get what you pay for because the quality is somewhat lacking. And the staff can be rather rude especially if you need them to fix a mistake that they made. I like to save money, but I like quality and good customer service better so for my next pair of glass I will go to my awesome optometrist office!!!
I recently decided to try Costco optical because our family raves about them. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of glasses. I have terrible eye sight and went in early to look at glasses so I could get an idea of what I liked. They were willing to hold the glasses for me until my appointment with the eye doctor. Purchasing was a breeze. I worked with Jade every time, and honestly she’s my favorite employee there. She was so kind through the whole process and I felt very honest about all things upfront. I would absolutely wait just for her if they are busy. I will go back. They were great and prices were absolutely fair!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Murray for several years. The exam is more thorough than at my ophthalmologist’s office. Shawn is engaging and interested In what you have to say. I could not be happier with the service at his office or with the optical department. The only issue I have is with the relatively small waiting area for the optometrist (the wait time is good) and the relatively long wait time for the optical department. Maybe you could have a pager for people when it’s their turn.
Costco optical has a great collection for good prices. Also their costumer service is great. I had issues with my glass and prescription and Cindy ( the manger) and Chris were really helpful. Even thou I went back few times in regard of my prescription, Cindy helped me and never was rude or anything.
