Costco Optical

Service very poor - clerks behind counter socializing - not focusing on Customers - have a new system for wait list, waiting on h who she chose rather than going by wait list. Had to wait for clerk to finish social conversation with co-worker - and take a drink from her beverage before she came over to wait on me. Was informed me management receiving many complaints. Have been purchasing glasses from Costo for past 20 years. Worst service I have experienced. When Susan is off service declines significantly.

Had the best experience at this location. My glasses broke and I needed to purchase a new pair, keep in mind that I have optical insurance. My first stop was to a optical store that was within my insurance network, and I was quoted over $600.00 for a new pair, keep in mind that was with my insurance and that was the cheapest pair. After walking out I went to Costco, I selected the frame that I liked and sat with the Optician to have them priced out with lenses. The entire cost for the glasses was $210.00 Wow just wow. The optician was even kind enough to offer a temporary fix for my broken glasses. Highly recommend Costco for great prices and service

I had great service initially. I was lucky to get in on a slow day. Now, every time I go there, the line is crazy long. I don’t have time to sit there and try to figure out who I’m behind in line for the hour or two that I’d have to wait. WHY ISN’T THERE A NUMBER SYSTEM TO ALLOW SHOPPING WHILE WAITING? Folks could check back occasionally and only lose their place if they’re not there when called. The lowest tech places on earth have a way of handling lines… why can’t Costco?

Very quick and friendly I had an eye appointment at a big national company and when I got there, they told me it was a virtual visit? That’s not what I asked for I called and was able to snag a same-day appointment, very lucky for me. Met with the eye doctor and had a friendly conversation Met with the team to pick out new frames and lenses I was in and out in two hours for everything

If you're planning on using Costco Optical clear your schedule for the day never waited so long for service Worst part is after waiting 45 minutes & I was next up the 2 employees working thought it'd be a good idea to help 1 customer together Neither one of them looked at the computer to see if someone was waiting Whatever I might have saved from using Costco Optical was negated from the unreasonable wait I had Would advise you to think twice about using Costco Optical as I even question how much I actually saved Beware!!!
