I usually get my examination here, but today I came to pick up my contact prescription. I was helped by a women, I believe her name was Melanie, and she gave me some contact lens samplers since I was running out. Also I had some question about dry, red eyes, and I told her I use lumen eye drops. She educated me that the lumen has preservatives in them that make my eyes dry but fix the red eyes. Then she showed me other products that dont have preservatives. I was very impressed with how professional they are! Definitely will come back!

I had a fantastic experience at Costco Optometry. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the selection of eyewear was extensive, and the prices were very reasonable. I was able to get a comprehensive eye exam and new glasses all in one convenient location. I highly recommend Costco Optometry for anyone looking for quality eye care at an affordable price
Around 4 pm today, I was waiting in line for my name to be called when a couple arrived and was instructed by a saleslady to scan a bar code to join the queue. After scanning, they returned to the same saleslady, who attended to them immediately, bypassing other customers who had been waiting for over 10 minutes. I do not blame the couple, but rather the saleslady, Samantha, who was at fault.
Not user friendly, older lady in front she talks like a drill sergeant. I don’t wish to be unfriendly. I felt she just doesn’t know how to talk to people. No I won’t be using this location to buy or get anything in this department. I ask for scratch resistant glasses and they don’t do that! What I had them done there before. I asked for glare resistance She state they don’t do that either. She even argued about my prescription. So I cancelled my prescription and she gave me a little resistance, but I got that as a Costco member she need customer relations training.
The staffs are nice! However the lab this Costco uses did a horrible horrible job! Costco charges $25 for edge polish. The job the lab finished worth a penny! The first pair they only polished one lens. The second pair they did not even clean the white powder before put them on the frame. I wish I didn’t spend $25 without edge polish.
