Dr Rhett and Terri behind the counter were wonderful. Dr Rhett's eye exam was the quickest and most efficient I've had. Worth going outside my insurance network to get my new prescription sooner!

Today, 1/29/26, my wife and I were making the rounds at Costco W. Spfld. I had purchased glasses there a couple of months prior and had issues with them sliding down my nose. I stopped in at the optical shop where I was tended to by Tech Carey R. She said that she had a remedy and subsequently changed the nose pads, made a few adjustments, refit them and I was on my way, at no cost. Costco is fortunate(and me) to have someone of Carey’s expertise, personality and commitment in their employ.

Got my glasses adjusted here for free. Keep in mind my frames are ones I got from Costco

Always had exceptional service, ordering my frames and lenses. They have a great selection of frames, and are very reasonable priced. I have been getting my prescription lenses there for the past six years.

Absolute waste of time. Do no under any circumstances schedule with this place. I waited 4 weeks, to receive a check in email confirmation yesterday, show up at the store and the technician is on vacation. Counter lady even said she had tons of people walking in the day before. No notice of rescheduling, no indication to not take time off work and show up. Absolute waste of time, money and energy, steer clear.
