My husband went to pick out glasses at Costco for the first time yesterday. We took a number and proceeded to check out the frames. Sarah assisted us and was very knowledgeable and caring! She did not get impatient with our indecisiveness. The frame selection was great ! The only suggestion we have is for Costco is to bring on another associate . Many people were waiting while we were being assisted. No fault of the employees working. They were awesome! 😎

Costco Optical has been shockingly bad two days in a row. On day one, we waited 45 minutes using the deli-style ticket system, only to have the employee skip us for a pickup order even though we were next. That added another 15-minute wait despite the fact that we had been there first. Then on day two, we came back for a pickup order ourselves and were made to wait again by a different employee. What made both experiences even worse was the complete lack of basic customer service. Not once were we acknowledged. No “we’ll be right with you,” no explanation, no courtesy whatsoever. Just being ignored. At this point, if it weren’t for the discounted contact lenses, I would gladly take my business anywhere else.

It was a terrible experience. The manager's service was appalling. A receptionist served me and confirmed that my own child's frames would fit. Because my child wasn't there, I waited another hour. Later, the manager came to serve me but wouldn't let me use my own frames to get lenses made, constantly trying to get us to pay more for their frames. I waited there for two hours and was extremely angry. Afterwards, I went to other optical shops, and they all helped me get lenses

Acceptable products, but Awkward service. When I come picking up my paid order, they do not even look at me. I need to adjust the glass nose support, but the service person kept chatting when she made the adjustment with the tools. Terrible experience.

I’ve been going here for about 9 yrs and Dr. hwong is amazing. I have difficult eyes because 1 eye is legally blind, and the other has major problems and multiple surgeries. The people there are friendly, personable and very caring.
