After I tripped and fell, one of the lenses popped out of my eyeglasses and the frame was bent in every direction. I was convinced they were beyond repair, so I took them to the Brentwood Costco expecting I would need to buy a new pair. To my surprise, Alisha worked her magic and expertly reshaped the frames until they looked and fit like new again. Even better, there was no charge for the repair. Outstanding craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and a genuine willingness to help. I highly recommend Alisha and the optical department at Costco Brentwood!

Our family has been using Costco Optical for years, and we’ve consistently had excellent experiences with their opticians. This most recent visit was no exception — great selection of frames, attentive customer service, and very reasonable prices that make for outstanding value. My new glasses were ready within a week, which was impressive. The only area that could be improved is the check-in process; using the QR code and waiting for a text notification can be unclear. It would be much more convenient if there were a screen displaying the queue of customers being served.
Costco added prism to my lenses when it was NOT on my prescription. After many headaches, dizziness and eye strain, I went to another optometrist who found the prism in my Costco glasses. She was shocked that they had added prism, and she had to upgrade my prescription because my vision had worsened with the prism. I took the glasses back to Costco Optical and received a lot of push back. They told me it was the lab's fault. They didn't want to redo my glasses with my new prescription, and told me "they'd have to eat the cost". Finally they agreed to give me another pair of glasses but no refund was possible. I'm now seeing an opthamologist to find out if my vision will rebound from wearing glasses with prism that I did not need! Not returning to Costco Optical.
Megan H readjusted 2 pairs of my frames that I purchased at another Costco. I could not seem to get proper adjustments at other location. while wearing the glasses I would get a headache and my eyes we’re straining and tired. She figured it all out and now I can wear my glasses without stress🙂🙂🙂🙂
Very unhappy. I had the exam and took the new prescription to Costco for new glasses. The glasses were wrong. When I called back to have the eyes re-examined, they were too busy and I had to wait. Later, I called back and they told me since it was past 6 months (probably by a matter of days), I'd have to pay for a new exam. I'm very disappointed in the service and their unwillingness to make things right. I'll never use her again.
