Excellent experience. Selection somewhat limited, but I was able to find a couple great frames. Already had prescription so can’t speak for the optometrist service. Staff was wonderful, ordering process was smooth and fulfilled in satisfactory time. Frame prices decent, lense prices fantastic. I will continue to buy my glasses here.
Had a eye exam done. Straight to the point and good price. Gave me the reimbursement paperwork for the exam to submit to my insurance. Also bought a pair of glasses and way cheaper than anywhere else I went.
Be careful. Focus Opometry, in the Loomis Costco, lies and pulls a bait and switch. They are not upfront or truthful in their pricing or treatment plan. Ask upfront what they will be doing and make them stick to it. Otherwise, you will pay way more than quoted because of the extra services they do without explanation. They are not affiliated with Costco and do Costco a disservice.
