Costco Optical

I received glasses similar to my last prescription but I cannot read signs and there is double vision. The answer the optometrist stated was for me to see a neurologist because the prescription is similar. It is appealing that they never thought to review tha actual lens or the optometrist did not do a very comprehensive exam. I would advise against anyone getting an eye exam and then bring glasses at Costco. They will not even consider a mistake or examine my old glasses to the new. I wasted a lot of money on 2 pair of nonusable and dangerous lens as the distortion of double vision is due to poor lens! Even my doctor said cheap price cheap lens. I sadly must agree now

Came to optical for my 1st pair of bifocal. Robert helped me with a smooth experience and a discount on a unintended 2nd pair if Sun glasses. Best deal on the block!

There’s not always an eye person there when I go the prices are cheap and they had a great selection of frames much better than BJ’s very crowded and a little rushed. but I’d highly recommend it.

The two optometrists here are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I went in thinking I had seasonal allergies and they very promptly diagnosed me with an eye infection and set me up with a treatment plan. If it weren't for their through eye exam, I probably would have never realized I had a serious eye infection. Their office staff is very kind and very efficient. I look forward to coming here for many years.

I agree with Mark Y. Worst eye exam ever. I was told my prescription hadn’t changed even though I told her I was having difficulty reading small print. Exam was not thorough enough at all. I wound up seeing a different optometrist who did an exam that showed her prescription was wrong. In addition, she didn’t do the dilation. My new optometrist found two things that were important that she should have seen if she’d done her job right. Won’t use Costco optometrists again. The customer service to pick out a frame was excellent. No rush job here. Got great recommendations with friendly service.
