Christopher Rafalski, OD - is an Independent Optometrist at the Fullerton Costco location. I’m also in healthcare and have been his patient for years. He conducts himself in a professional manner, his assessments are comprehensive, teaches to aid in independent self care, and answers any questions you may regarding the health of your eyes. He FOLLOWS UP on any concerns regarding your eye diagnosis, care, glasses, contacts and/or ophthalmology referrals. He always goes the extra mile to find solutions to aid in the health of your eyes by communicating with his employees and Costco optical team. Grateful!

I had no idea this optometrist was not a part of Costco. I went two times to get prescription for glasses and both times the optometrist failed to provide me with a correct prescription. I got headaches from both of the prescriptions I ended up just going through Kaiser. I should’ve done that from the very beginning to save myself six months worth of trouble. I had to get my glasses remade 3 times. Given that they failed to provide me with the correct prescription they don’t want to refund. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here.

I’ve used the optical counter service for years. The people are always very helpful and they spend time with each person, not rushing them. This is important when you’re trying to find the eyeglasses that work for you. Consequently, it may take a little longer for your number to be called, but you get the attention and help that you need so it’s worth the wait. Very happy!

Horrible experience. Called first and told them my insurance. When I arrived they said I was out of network. They completely wasted my time and my lunch

Ive been enjoying Costco optical services for years but decided today was the day I should share that opinion. Their personnel are always attentive and helpful but today Rommel went above and beyond when I called in to order a box of contacts. I was confused over right and left eye prescriptions so he walked over to the optometrist and got a confirmation of the records. He resolved my issue and saved me a trip. Great, caring service- why I’m a loyal customer!!
