Costco Optical

I had a great experience at Costco Optical in Parker. The counter staff were super friendly, very knowledgeable about all the products, and took time to answer every question I had. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Five stars, highly recommend.

Disappointing, I walked in to have a look at frames and get some pricing and potentially buy. There were four other people waiting for customer 4 service representatives were helping other people, one finished while one was working at the computer helping another person, the individual that upset and was filing paperwork and then decided to walk over and start having a conversation with another optical employee about a non-present customers behavior in front of other customers and not bothering to finish and move on to those of us waiting,this kind of service is unbelievable, and someone needs to have a look at the behavior. I’ve also one other prior time basically got snapped at by one of the sales representatives at the same location. This is represented in the low rating here on Google. Huge shout out to Cat! Super positive energy and very helpful. Accidentally sat on my glasses and thought I had ruined my glasses but she was able to fix them very quickly

Ordered glasses with a prescription, was never notified of when them came in. I had to call myself to find out which if that was it alone wouldn't have been a huge deal. When I arrived to pick my order up there were two associates who were both helping oher customers. They amazingly and excessively slow, I took a ticket and was never even acknowledged for over 1/2 an hour. Not even something as simple as "we will be with you soon" or checking why I was waiting. The two associates were too busy engaging in chitchat to provide even the barest semblance of customer service. Its unfortunate, while their prices are great for lenses and frames, the staff falls entirely short.
