I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after multiple experiences at this office, I feel like people should know what to expect. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff and overall office environment feel incredibly disorganized and unfriendly. Every visit has felt chaotic, and the communication between staff members seems all over the place. My first appointment was supposed to be a simple routine eye exam, but it quickly turned into constant pressure to purchase an expensive dry eye treatment that I repeatedly said I was not interested in. Despite clearly declining multiple times, they continued pushing it throughout the appointment, which made me extremely uncomfortable and felt more like a sales pitch than a medical visit. During that same appointment, my eyes were dilated, and afterward they offered eye drops that were supposedly meant to help my vision return to normal faster so I could drive home. They charged me $20 for a “corrective eye drop and told me my vision would improve within about 20 minutes. That absolutely was not the case. Even after waiting, I was still struggling to see properly and felt uncomfortable driving home. To make matters worse, the main doctor even walked into the room at one point with the wrong chart/patient information initially, which honestly did not inspire confidence. On a separate visit for another type of eye exam, the person conducting the test clearly did not seem to know what they were doing. Eventually another staff member had to come in and redo the exam entirely, meaning I had to sit through the whole process twice. Overall, the office gives off very bad vibes- disorganized staff, poor communication, aggressive upselling, and experiences that made me feel more stressed than cared for. I will not be returning.
