Overall happy with my experience getting an eye exam here yesterday; friendly and professional staff, nice facilities and thorough exam. Cost of a refraction (to ascertain my prescription) was a bit high, But still a good place for a medical eye exam.The doctor was thorough and helpful in answering my questions and provided good perspective on my eye health.
I love ICON and Dr. Bounkhong was amazing! She was so thorough and really took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel rushed. She allowed me to to ask questions and didn’t make me feel silly for asking them. I thought the tech was fantastic and knowledgeable as well. Eye health is so important and they do all the tests (OCT, retinography, visual acuity, tonometry, slit lamp, refraction, visual fields) and they’ve got state of the art equipment. I am so impressed with this place! I’d definitely recommend them.
I can't speak highly enough about my cataract surgery experience with Omni Eye Specialists. The staff was incredibly warm, supportive and knowledgeable...no question was too 'dumb' or unacceptable. They talked me through every moment of the experience and I felt immediately at ease and supported. Dr Wang was especially considerate, professional and expertly skilled. I left the procedure armed with everything I needed to recover quickly and as painlessly as possible. I received the Vivity lens and I couldn't be happier. My vision is so incredible clear and sharp, I feel like I'm in a virtual reality simulation. Kicking myself for waiting this long to have this done. Highly recommend!
Dr. Bounkhong is an excellent eye doctor. She is knowledgeable, professional and kind. She has reassured me that she is here for me supporting my health journey. I am very thankful to have her as my doctor!
Loved my experience here at ICON. The staff was great my intake was flawless. The exam and eye test were really great and My Doctor was super. Love the fact that she enjoys the mystery and the chase for answers. Im gonna really enjoy my time with ICON Eyecare.
