Dr. Godfrey, his staff, and his intern, Cooper, were top class!! Examination was well explained and recommendations for care were excellent. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new eye care provider!
My first-time visit at Front Range Family Eyecare... DEFINITELY a positive experience!... from the Front Desk Staff, to Dr. Cohen, to post-exam eyeglasses selection, I felt engaged and cared for by professional, competent people... Dr. Cohen used advanced technology to not only establish a revised eyeglass prescription, but, also to explain the elements of the exam's eye health... very thorough and visually understandable...
Terrible customer service and questionable practices. The receptionist, Toni, is incredibly rude and condescending to everyone she interacts with. They also force you to scan your ID and insurance at every single visit. The final straw was the doctor trying to charge me for products that are supposed to be free samples. Avoid this clinic.
I went here for the first time with my 3 year old. Dr. Paul was absolutely phenomenal. He did a great job with my daughter and got her to follow directions with his silly instructions. I was nervous how she would do but she took to him really well, which speaks wonders because she’s so shy. He did really well with communicating what care was needed. I will definitely return for future eye care needs!
The office Staff was very friendly and polite. Also the Doctor that saw me, was very thorough, help and gave me some excellent ideas to help another problem that I wasn't even aware of with my eyes.
