Great experience picking out frames with the help of Roseanne!! She is incredibly knowledgeable on getting the pupil measurements, explaining everything, as well as adjusting frames correctly. I really appreciated that Roseanne was so kind and personable! Thank you!!!

Update, to the update: Costco Optical, you are failing on so many levels. Tried to schedule an appt, you don't answer phone - tried to buy contacts, told you have three, boxes, no, two boxes, no, wait, one box, lemme check, no boxes at all. Couldn't even get a straight answer of when more were going to be available. So, I've moved to Optic One Eye Care who answer their phones and 1-800 CONTACTS who stock my prescription.
The independent optometrist was fantastic. The staff was super friendly. Got an appointment quickly. Very affordable too which is great as I don’t have vision insurance. Did all the photos of my eyes even. Of course I needed glasses and he recommended progressives. I had a horrible experience with a previous eye doctor at a different office and the progressives were just awful so I was apprehensive. But the Costco optical staff was so patient with me while I picked out my frames. There were so many to choose from. Then she took so much care and time doing the measuring and such for the progressive lenses. I got my glasses less than a week later and they were perfect! I could actually see! And it took no time at all to adjust to the progressives. Awesome experience all around and the glasses were incredibly affordable and the lenses came with all the anti scratch, anti glare, blue light blocking features! Highly recommend Costco for vision check and glasses.
Dr Darnell is amazing. We have been with her when she had her independent office in Liberty lake and we still see her at Costco, even though she is 20 miles away now. She's also a decent writer if you get a chance to read her novel.
