I have had the absolute best experience with Costco Optical Center. From the scheduling the appointment, to the eye exam with Dr Comerford (who is super nice, informative, and easy to work with) to Caroline in the glasses section. Everybody was great. I'm still waiting on my glasses to come in but so far, everything has been wonderful.

The new cell phone check-in system to get “in line” is awful. You might be the seventh person to check in, but end up being the thirteenth to be seen—it depends on what you’re there for. I now go at odd hours just to avoid the long wait. The seating situation is inconsistent: sometimes there are no chairs, sometimes a few, and occasionally several. If no chairs are available, you have to stand for long periods. The women working there are no longer friendly. I’m sure this is partly due to the long lines, the non-sequential system, and frustrated customers. I still go to the independent optometrist, Dr. Comerford. This is no reflection on him. But the optical department was the main reason I became a member, and I now dread that area.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I have been calling all day and keep getting sent to voicemail. I get some time of the day gets busy but all day no answer or call back is ridiculous. do better.

I have gotten my eyewear from Costco for years. Always the best. The people are great as well.

I’m so happy with the service and prices here. The doctor is super friendly and the office is kept very clean. Thank you guys for another comfortable eye appointment!
