I would like to personally thank Brett, tire manager, for handling an issue I recently had at the Mount Pleasant Store. I’m not gonna go into all of the details, but once Brett got involved, the issue was completely taken care of. Thank you Brett, my car is quiet now and the new tires are awesome!

I bought a set of Michelin P4s in December from Costco in Mount Pleasant. A month later one tire developed a slow leak. I took in for a repair and two weeks later the slow came back. For the last three months I go there every Sunday and inflate I have owned my car since 2012 and used P4s twice before without issue. I scheduled an appointment today at 2:30 and learned you must be there when the appointment starts. No early drop offs. Since this is their issue they should be more accomodating. Despite this, the other services at this location are 5 out of 5. I won't buy any new tires from Costco and believe they don't care anyway.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Aaron, in the meat section, of the Mt Pleasant Costco. I came in around 5:00 to pick up a package of already cut filet mignon for dinner that night. We had company in town and my husband was going to cook on the grill. There wasn't any cut. I heard it had been a crazy busy day there. Aaron was supposed to have gotten of much earlier, and he so generously cut up more filet mignon for myself and to put more out. I know he didn't have to do this, but I am extremely grateful, and the steaks were perfect. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so much for your kindness Marysue Zimmerman

I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at Costco. today march 26th, 2026 ,7:45pm. After completing my purchase and heading to the exit for the routine receipt check, I was met by an employee whose behavior was blatantly unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite having fewer than 10 items and clearly holding my receipt in hand, she did not greet me, did not acknowledge me, and simply stared at my cart. I even greeted her first, but was completely ignored. What made this situation far worse was the obvious difference in how she treated other customers. She was noticeably more friendly, polite, and welcoming toward the white American customers behind me. As an Asian customer, this felt extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The difference in treatment strongly suggested bias, if not outright discrimination. In today’s society, there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. I have always liked Costco and expected a higher standard of professionalism and respect. This experience has seriously damaged my perception of the company. Costco should take this matter seriously and provide better training to ensure all employees treat every customer equally, with basic courtesy and respect. We live in a diverse country, and every customer—regardless of race—deserves to be treated with dignity.

Folks, I love Costco. You can't beat the price on the Kirkland vodka. The 12 yr old single malt blend is affordable to the average person. It isn't McCallan but then nothing else is. The ravioli lasagna is surprisingly filling. The pierogi is as close to home made as you will find (not frozen ). Put them in a slow cooker w stick of butter and an onion for 4 hrs. Yum. The chicken Alfredo could easily server 6 portions. There are a lot of deals if you shop smart. Only 4 stars because of the angry old guy working electronics who ignored us for a while and then acted like we were taking him away from his break. Sorry to inconvenience you. We still bought the iPad
