Terrible prescription. I had a rushed experience getting my prescription and the woman in charge of making appts was incredibly rude. When I called to get this fixed I made an appt to be seen at my lunchtime. After waiting 30 min they admitted two other people in front of me telling me I would have to wait longer. Unacceptable, poor service and waste of time and money. *Edit: In response to the optometrist justifying the wait time, no, your staff never communicated that. That is a lie. Poor excuses I stand by my review. This will be corrected at LensCrafters and I will be issuing a chargeback.

Dr Kirk is a real pro. She listens to the issues, asks good questions and does a comprehensive professional examination. She diagnosed my problem and presented a logical plan. I walked out seeing better than when I went in. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Highly highly recommend her.

Dr. Kirk is awesome. I absolutely love being her patient. She is always so pleasant and welcoming and I am most pleased with her professionalism and thoroughness. I would not think of going to anyone else in this area for my eye care.

I've been seeing eye doctors for 35 years, and it's rare to find one with both clinical expertise and a great bedside manner. Dr. Leslie Kirk is that rare find. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. The office—conveniently located inside Costco—was easy to access, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Dr. Kirk was right on time, took the time to listen, and clearly explained how I could manage my dry eyes. I felt genuinely cared for, and her professionalism and warmth made all the difference. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Had a minor emegency visit and Dr. Kirk not only took me right in, but fixed my problem with my eye. She has always been a great doctor but today was over the top. Thanks.
