Towne Center Eye Care

Went in to see Dr. Marshall for a routine eye appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and the service I received from Dr. Marshall and his team was top notch! I forgot my insurance card and they went out of their way to help me get everything sorted out. Dr. Marshall was amazing. He was educational, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the process and the results of the exam. He was also happy to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be going back!

This is NOT the same place that I have been happily visiting for many years. There is new management now and they provided the absolute worst customer/patient experience I have ever had for contact lenses. Dr manenti herself was fine during my exam, but every other interaction with the office staff following my exam was terrible. Things are clearly very poorly run there now, it’s so sad. I will not be returning!!

The doctor was professional and did a great job. The office staff was helpful and kind and it is a dog friendly space. My new glasses were ready within a few days and they take insurance. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently visited for our first time- we brought our chaos (two young kids 6 & 3) with us on a Friday afternoon. The staff was phenomenal from the appointment/visit to interacting and keeping our kids occupied while we were being seen. Will 100% be back.

Store smells like dog, probably due to having 3 dogs there. They only offer the most expensive lenses even though they hand out pamphlets with several to choose from. They charge $20 to measure pupillary distance and then don't give you the measurement.
