Independent Optical

I’ve spent a few weeks hitting up the standard places for eyeglasses. Independent Optical was my last stop and I wish it had been my first. Andrew was immediately helpful and not at all pushy. He picked out several pairs for me to try, gave me the space to try them and form my own opinion. He was knowledgeable about the brands. They had the best selection. I also appreciate their business philosophy and why they carry the brands they do. I will visit them first for any future eye-care needs.

Had a wonderful experience here! I’m a very indecisive person, and with their massive selection, I honestly thought I’d never be able to settle on the right pair. But thanks to the expert guidance of Mr. Andrew, I found the perfect fit—he was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. A big shoutout as well to the optometrist who did my eye exam—quick, professional, and even shared some great stories that made the time fly by. I went on a road trip instead of flying back from Miami to Philly. I didn’t bring enough contacts with me. Independent optical gave me trial lenses that will get me home. I didn’t have to order with them or pay for the trials. They were kind and generous. Highly recommend!

I had an emergency and they scheduled me on the same day, within hours, and I had a thorough review with an eye drop prescription (with a printed copy to ensure it processed correctly at the pharmacy) immediately.
