Lexi was very helpful and detailed. She made sure to listen to me thoroughly when explaining and also provided beneficial information. She made me feel comfortable along with the other doctors who joined via zoom. Thank you.

Lexi has always been a friendly and informative tech. She’s always done her best I believe to make sure that you are comfortable and understand how the exam works. I recommend her with a 20 out of 20, haha. And to the rude person who left a comment about her leaving for an emergency and having “time to type out a full page closed sign” you do realize that the wonderful thing about printing something is that it can be printed before you need it so that it’s ready when you do need to post it up right? She is quite literally the only person that works there, have some compassion.
Alexa has done a fantastic job taking care of me and my family during our annual eye exams. Had a great experience at the Costco Optical—the exam was quick, thorough, and super affordable, and the staff made everything really easy to understand. Definitely one of the best value eye care options with professional service and no hassle.
