Consistency leaves items out of my pickup & delivery orders, which just happened to me YET AGAIN. Their AI customer service support is awful. They forgot 2 diet dr pepper cases in my order & I was able to get one refunded but then their support person said they’d have to put it “under review” because they have fraud issues. So basically they’ve stolen $9 from me for 10 days & that’s even IF I get my money back.

Sunday, 6/7/26 - Less than 1 star is what I would rate this store. Ordered online, reserved pickup time of 4pm-5pm. Arrived a little after 4pm, parked in space 14, with a white vehicle. My order consisted of 6 items, 1 of which was not available. I waited an hour and a half for them to bring out my order... I talked to someone passing by to ask if I was going to get my order at all, the parking lot was almost empty... they said it was being pulled. Noone came out again for a long while. By the time almost THREE HOURS went by, I called to try and talk to someone... it rang and rang... and rang til a message came on stating noone was available to take my call, and the call hung up. I called the main store to try and talk to someone, but noone answered there either, and the call hung up. I called the number to check-in and rechecked in through the automated system. After another 15 minutes went by, my order finally was delivered to my car, about 7:15pm. This was ridiculous... it should not have taken 3 hours to get my order... let alone the fact it was only 5 items.

Be very careful when purchasing these Clorox toilet tablets. I purchased mine a couple of months ago and it ate my flapper. Had I have known this was going to happen I would have never purchased this! It will eat the rubber of your flapper in your toilet in spite of using your toilet daily and not having the tablet close to the flapper. I am extremely disappointed that I was not warned about this before purchasing. I do not recommend this product unless you're ready to replace your flapper is fairly new too! Not only did I have a large water bill because I had no idea the water was leaking again in my toilet, but now the warranty isn't good because I used the Clorox tablet. Clorox you need to warn customers about this, because this is not right.

Walked around for 30 mins looking for one thing because EVERY single employee I walked past and was going to ask for assistance was ON THEIR PHONE!!! LITERALLY HAVING FULL BLOWN PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS ON SPEAKER PHONE. There was even a young lady hiding in the restroom to be on her phone instead of working!! So unprofessional and tacky. Check your cameras 7/12/26 around 2:30pm. Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to go on.

Was told I needed an id for money order. Never been asked for that at other locations. I look it up and it says only if it’s only over a $1000. Maybe know what your policy is!
