My experience was a lot of fun. Very helpful staff. Their exam was very thorough and explanatory. Picking glasses out is where it became a lot of fun. Haha! John was very helpful as were the rest of the staff. Thank you for coming together for me for my pick of 🤓

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Bob's assistant was also friendly, as well as informative. Dr. Bob is easy to talk to; his insights are communicated in an easily understood manner. He welcomes questions which in doing so, I found, facilitated even more meaningful dialogue.
I really like Dr Bob he is kind, soft spoken, friendly, and relatable. You can tell he really cares about his patients. Jonatha and Christy up front are awesome. I 100% trust their opinions bc they are so honest when picking out frames. And they’re fun, too. Reception area always give me their opinions as well. I just LOVE this office staff! 10/10
They were friendly and knowledgeable during all facets of my visit from the pre-exams to the exam to the gentleman that helped me with my frames. I was initially scheduled in November and they put me on a cancellation list and I got in a week later. I was exceptionally satisfied with the entire visit.
